Chloe's baby blanket

I apologize for never posting on here. I'd like to say it will get better, but I know it won't, my life is just to crazy busy right now. So for those of you who are actually still reading, thank you! and you will have to put up with me sporadically.

I have been cleaning pictures off of my computer and found a couple of things I had not shared with you. Today I have Chloe's Quilt. I cannot take credit for piecing the top of this quilt, my sister did that part, I just did the machine quilting. I love how girly it is, because let's face it, I do not get much of that around these parts!
This was obviously a while ago because I have not seen my grass in months and think it will be a couple more months before I see it again! I think that if I can survive a winter here I can do just about anything. (With the wind chill we were supposed to be -57 today! brrr is all I have to say!)
I backed this with a soft flannel like material and then bound it in a pink on pink floral. I quilted it with a simple all over design.
This quilt is now with a super cute little girl!

I am off to organize the rest of my pictures and finish my 2012 picture book before my blurb coupon expires! Enjoy your holiday weekend!
